...picking up a +25 health pack when you have 99 health?
Yes, picking up a +50 health pack.

Picking up a +100 health pack. ;)

picking up extra health keg that gets you to 199 but you can never get that last 1 health because regular healthpacks only work with health lower than 100.
I hate to say it, but Crosmando might have given us a REALLY GREAT thread here. :D

I love these type of gaming discussion. This should be fun.

I would imagine everyone here has a horror story or two that will go nicely in here.
When you catch your sausage in your zip, then come back and give me the correct answer.

Not too mention health packs are for lightweights :o)

Accidentally quicksaving when you were trying to load and quickloading when you were trying to save.

Kind of similar:

accidentally Quick Saving JUST as you were falling off the cliff.

Done that in X3:TC a couple of times and been angry at myself for several days.

Annoying when you pick up a health pack when your health is full or almost full and health packs are scarce, meaning it would have been better to save it for later. (Far Cry comes to mind.)

I have done that while playing RUNE . I still remember it after 16 years :)
I would think not being able to find a health pack when you need one would be a bigger pain.
Beating a very tough boss and having the game crash. Meh! lol
Saving all of your best ammo/spells/potions etc. for when you really, really need them and finishing the game never having used them.

Finding a really awesome item that doesn't look nearly as cool as whatever you are currently using.

And of course checking a walkthrough hoping the answer is something really obscure and stupid that will justify your being stuck for days only to have the answer be something obvious in retrospect.
