I requested refund two weeks ago and still pending. gog mailed me they are working on it but no further. I need to ask how is it going in real time. how can I contact to gog live?

No GoG does not maintain a live support service, I strongly recommend giving GOG Staffer Ponczo a friendly PM and they should be able to render assistance.
