it is a bad play on words, typical of tabloids (here in UK at least). read it aloud and see - Takahata sounds a bit like t'a quitté.

Just a predictible pun on an old (comically alliterative) french song called "Ta Katie t'a quitté" ("your kathy has left you"). Word puns in articles titles are a bit of a (tedious) journalistic tradition in France. Sometimes they feel truly out of place.
To be fair, I think it's starting to be considered a bit outdated. So we'll see.
