I downloaded the hand of fate 2 outlands and outsiders dlc. It's a pkg file. I know how to do .sh files, but how do I install .pkg dlcs?

That's a macOS package file. Either some GOG minion screwed it up and switched the Linux and macOS files, or you looked in the wrong place. :P

If the former, you'd better contact support so they know about the issue and can fix it.
