When I try to associate a mouse profile in the Logitech G Hub with a game it doesn't detect the game is running. The shortcuts for games with Galaxy 2 run the game through GalaxyClient.exe and that seems to be the only thing Logitech's software detects as running.

Has anyone else run into this and found a workaround, besides not using GOG Galaxy?

I had a solution for xpadder (it could automatically detect games) But I believe it was to use the game exe file, unfortunately. One way is to set up a batch to run the Game exe directly, then call the Galaxy shortcut. The Game running should trigger your mouse profile, and then Galaxy will detect the game as already running and pop up an error, but start tracking properly. I may have done that. It's a messy workaround that may not work for all games because of certain launchers or something, but it is worth a shot.

That's an interesting approach. The batch file idea inspired me. I created a batch file like you said, but only included the Galaxy command from the shortcut in it `D:\GalaxyClient\GalaxyClient.exe /command=runGame /gameId=2110288694 /path="D:\GOG Games\BloodRayne 2 Terminal Cut"`, then in the G Hub I set that batch file as the program to trigger the profile. This works quite nicely and doesn't involve running the program outside of galaxy at all (where I was having trouble with multiple launches).

Well, glad that worked for you.
