I'm looking for singleplayer videogame where you can play as Druid. It can be prestige class, but most notably, it must be modern game (from 2011 to nowdays). If options are none to be found, I would settle on something working on WIN10

So far list includes:
Pathfinder Kingmaker
D&D games (some older games, of course)
Shadowrun games
Thea 2 the Shattering
Tangledeep (Floramancer)
Pillars
Moon Hunters

It can feature only one class, but among those options or non-options, there must be druid as playable class/role.

When I mean druid I mean this:
casting spells
something Jaheira was, capable to fight and cast
summoning creatures in his wake
shifting himself or herself
but I understand not all druids are capable of this

it doesn't need to be RPG.

Grim Dawn has a druid multiclass (Shaman + Arcanist). Not capable of actual visual shapeshifting though.

fine by me! Have to play some Grim Dawn sometimes. Thank you very much.
AFAIK, you can play as druid in all of the more modern Elder Scrolls games (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim).

Also, don't forget Neverwinter Nights.

does it feels like Druid?
I loved the Druid in Diablo 2, but it`s not really a modern game.

No just because you can summon shit doesn't make it feel like a druid in the traditional sense unfortunately.
Not sure it does/doesn't fit your criteria, but I'm seeing that Tales of Maj'Eyal was just updated with a class called the Technomancer.
Neverwinter Nights 2 is older than you specified (2006), but it's still good as long as your technical expectations aren't terribly high. The main campaign includes an elven druid companion character, so you can have two druids (the other one being your character) dishing it out together if you like, or just chuck the elf in the back seat once you have the rest of the gang gathered. As you would expect from DnD, the druids can cast a variety of supporting/healing spells, summon aid and shapeshift.

The original campaign ("OC") tangentially follows on to Mask of the Betrayer (2008) which is still one of my favourite games ever. There is no druid companion in MotB, so your character will have to play the part. Technically, you could start MotB without ever touching the OC at all, but some parts of the story will refer to events that the game assumes you experienced in the OC, which isn't a terribly big deal in the end since the MotB storyline takes a life of its own pretty quickly. The big deal is that you'll be starting from level 18 or so, so character creation will be a pain if you have no idea what you're doing; if you have a good (and I mean good) command of DnD 3.5e rules though, be my guest. You'll be nudging level 40 by the end, so you'll be thrown in the deep end sooner or later anyway.

EDIT: Mages in Dragon Age: Origins can specialize in shapeshifting as well, but my character was a rogue so I there's not much else I can say about that. Anyone else?
