I'm trying to rescue the Mayor's daughter to finish the Bounty Hunter quest, but I can't find the abandoned mine where she's been taken. Any help would be appreciated.

Neither. After you collect the ears of the four criminals shown in the first link, you learn that a fifth criminal, Yesgar, has kidnapped the Mayor's daughter and is holding her in some abandoned mines. It's those mines I can't find.

The second link involves a graveyard, not mines.

IIRC, it is on the North Road. In the NE corner there should be mine entrance where there was huge locked gate before. I think the mayor gave you a key to unlock it and there you will find the kidnapper somewhere.
