Which is worse and why?

I'll probably go with the newsletter-exclusive giveaways.

It's bad enough that you have a client that sucks so bad you'd have to provide extra incentives for people to use it by means of free gaemz.

But first hiding news on the front page so discreetly that new releases simply go unnoticed, and then asking people to subscribe to embarassing newsletters that have retardo-tier emojis spammed all over their headlines, which ought to make any sensible person terrified of the prospect of anyone ever catching a glimpse at your inbox, for they will think you're mentally deranged, is arguably even worse.

I love the news letters in GOG, always offer good deals and occasionally you recive a gift from GOG, that one you call "exclusive giveaway" is just a promotion for being subscribed, the newsletter is not invasive and keep you up to date with all the discounts, inform you of the best deals, offers you good deals and recommendation for games, and notify when a game in your wishlist is discounted. I really recommend you to use it, it's free and doesn't bother at all!!! If you want this time giveaway code I could give you mine, I already have it.

For me definitely the Galaxy exclusive giveaways. The reason being that Galaxy is supposed to be optional and as such not everyone has or want it installed. This makes for an unfair two-tier system within the GOG community.

Alternatively, if you don't want to subscribe to the newsletter there is always the option of picking up a code via the thread in the forum.
