First of all I apologize for my imperfect English.
I'll get right to the point.
Two days ago I formatted the pc.
I installed everything again and obviously went to my gog.com account. The point is that my games no longer appear in the list, as if that were not enough when I go to re-publish them as to go and buy them a second time, the meli site indicates precisely how games I don't own 0.0 and I don't understand why, even he also tells me that with those games I had zero activities, underlining precisely as if I had never even bought them <. <, can you help me? obviously I can prove that I bought them through the email receipts of the various purchases.

Go to your library here. All your games should show up. ( :

I have already gone, they do not appear, there are only 10 games that I found myself, perhaps common to all. My games do not appear, I tried everything to change how the list of games are displayed, but nothing changes I can no longer find my games .... and as if they were no longer associated with my accaount ....
According to your public profile you own 10 games. Considering your register date, they could be the ones that everyone used to automaticallt get when they opened a new account (that changed with time). How many other games would yoy expect to see?

A few recurrent solutions:

Make sure you are logged into the same account that you bought the games with.

Did you buy the games directly on GOG? Or at a "key reseller" like G2A? If you bought them at a shady place and it turned out they were bought with a stolen card, the games will disappear from your account (sorry for the delicate question, I had to ask).

Are you using Galaxy or the website? On the website, check that you haven't accidently applied a filter in your library page: https://www.gog.com/account

Sometimes refreshing your account solves weird glitches: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

In the end, you can always contact GOG Support. With your email receipts you want have any problem to prove you purchased them.
Are you on the correct account? Have you checked your e-mail receipts?
Did you try this? https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
