That's proven to be false. Alaric is moderately e-famous in a good way and has many fans of him as a person.

Facebook is devious. I've once sent Facebook friend requests to bunch of people I know only faintly... because I thought I was just accepting their friend request!

But no, it was just Facebook strongly suggesting that I should send a friend request to them. I was puzzled why those people would send a friend request to me, but in reality they hadn't. I wasn't paying enough attention I guess what exactly Facebook was telling me.

Also found it strange, as I rarely participate in the forums these days and don't use Galaxy.

I searched for forum posts by them, and they seemed to be mostly harmless, so I accepted and heard no more.
