jonwil: There was an old Duck Tales platformer for PC from back in the day that I thought was really cool (from memory it had jungle stages and mountain stages and some other things and you had to get more gold than the bad guy (who's name I forget)

Turns out the Duck Tales game I was thinking of was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DuckTales:_The_Quest_for_Gold
I know all about the NES game and its remake and knew it wasn't that (although I was unaware the remake appeared on the PC as well as consoles)
You should also check out "Captain Comic" if you have not already, it was one of the first games to make use of 16-color EGA and the very first one I have personally ever seen, my schoolmate and I were amazed ... lol... bear with me, we were used to 4-color CGA games.... *fond memories*.
Had no idea those Disney platformers were like their console counterparts which were actually good games. Aladdin especially. Gotta go buy them now.

9.99 for a 1993 DOS platformer?!?!? No way GOG, I'll wait for a price drop or sale. You just can't justify that price tag.
