First of all, I'd like to say that GOG is an awesome store, they do a great job. I really do appreaciate what they do. I don't want to sound like a hater, but at the same time GOG needs to be fair.

I tried to buy both Baldur's Gate games in this week's sale, but something weird happened. I put my credit card information and proceded to checkout, but nothing happened after I confirmed the order. The website just stood there like nothing happened. Now the bank charged me and the games are still on the shopping cart as though I never bought them. I tried contacting GOG, but got no answer. The support ticket ID is #311832.

Can you guys help me get their attention? I just sent a message on their Facebook as well. I mean, it's not a lot of money, but I think you'd agree that what is fair is fair!

Hopefully a blue sees this and can respond (ala Firek). Have you tried checking your junk folder for a response? How long ago did you did contact support? Have you also tried an account refresh? Using the following link below may help you.

Thanks man. Nothing on the junk folder and the refresh didn't work - the games are still on my shopping cart, so I think something went wrong on the transaction. The bank validated it, but the store didn't for some reason. I first contacted them two days ago, where it said responses take about 12 to 24 hours. I'm in a hurry because the sale ends this sunday I think

Really sorry for the delay. We are dealing with a backlog due to the ongoing sale. Still, someone from Support should reply to your ticket soon :)
