foxworks: Hopefully a blue sees this and can respond (ala Firek). Have you tried checking your junk folder for a response? How long ago did you did contact support? Have you also tried an account refresh? Using the following link below may help you.

MiggyAmore: Thanks man. Nothing on the junk folder and the refresh didn't work - the games are still on my shopping cart, so I think something went wrong on the transaction. The bank validated it, but the store didn't for some reason. I first contacted them two days ago, where it said responses take about 12 to 24 hours.
