I bought the game because I wanted to play it again. Have had it awhile and love it but Windows qo makes it unplayable. Bought from GOG bcause was told it would play and all it does is crash. No help from support. Any hints would ne appreciated. I love this game.

1. See Themken's post above
2. Without going into more detail (system specs, error messages etc), nobody will be able to help you.
Check if you have Direct Play activated in Windows 10.

When did you contact support? Might be they contact you on Monday, I presume weekends are slower for them (but then I recall reading maybe they now have support working every weekday...?).

Anyway, as long as you meet the system requirements, the GOG support is supposed to try to help you get it to run, and if failing, you should get a refund (as long as you didn't buy the game like months ago, IIRC the refund option is available for 30 days or so from purchase).

I presume "Windows qo" is typo and means Windows 10? q is close to 1 and o close to 0 on my keyboard at least...

IIRC they have support on the weekend, but it's only a skeleton crew. And I think their priority is fixing stuff with orders/payments going wrong, meaning specific game support might not be available before Monday.
