I didn't spam redeem it by the way, just tried 3 times with enough time between retries. :P
Either way, the game appeared on my library after a while. (Couple of hours it seems).

Also have the same problem. Redeem few games 15 h ago and still they are not showing.

Usually the games have showed immediately in my library even if there has been warning of high traffic.
Situations were this has not applied have issued when I tried to redeem dropped keys that have already been used.

My redeemed games appeared in my library overnight so I can only recommend you guys having a bit more patience.

Lemme just remind all of you:

It's Easter weekend and the Prime drop for this week was 4 GOG games.

It's going to take days for the redemption system to get anything close to back to normal.

I've repeatedly had delays on the first day of redemptions, and it tends to extend into the next day... and that's been for smaller drops on "normal" weekends.

Relax. The newest Prime codes won't expire any time soon, and I'm pretty sure the server will catch up with all of you.
It has for months now.

Still waiting if Grip will appear in my library as i redeemed it yesterday 2 hours before time expiration.
It'a now 15 hours i think and it is not even in my orders

I also think this is exactly the reason - 4 games + Easter. It feels like the've made it to go extra slow so nothing unexpected happens during these days. I was very surprised by the Doom on friday - I thought everyone is on holiday already!

Hmm. I would like to think that since the key was valid at time of entrance into the queue you should be OK... but I dunno. GOG's system may not be coded very robustly. I'm sure you can sort something out with support if the game doesn't make the cut.

Not your fault, not picking on your situation, but let the state of the redemption system be a warning to everyone: don't leave your Prime codes to the last minute.

Well there were many people posting in the ninja giveaway at last day so good point. I probably didn't get that code in the ninja giveaway as i was not fast enough, but then i asked in the german forums giveaway as i am sure i get a code there. Which i did, it will probably appear after some more hours maybe.
But if not guess i will have to use support for the second time on my time on gog.

Yeah, the problem with the code redemption queue is the code remains valid for a fair while... until at least when the system finally starts processing the first claim. So GOG code giveaways posted in public are no-longer as fail-safe as they once were - and you won't know whether it succeeded until many hours later. Pretty much makes such giveaways redundant.

I redeemed three codes from Prime Gaming yesterday evening, and they didn't appear in my library until today morning, until I got the mail for it too. Roughly about the same time, 15 hours.

It's just a long queue, but if you're the first person to redeem a code, it will appear in your library, but it might take a while, especially considering the new prime games were added just 2 days ago

EDIT: Also, they won't appear in your orders either, until you get the confirmation mail

Took 10 to 12 hours until the games showed up in my library and I received the: "Free items have been added to your account" email(s) from GOG.

I've noticedthe past couple months some games will redeem but don't show as "Owned" on the store.

Mafia II (redeemed over a month ago)
Syberia: The World Before (redeemed over a month ago)
Gamedec (redeemed a few days ago)

All other games (including Mafia 1 and 3) have redeemed and show "Owned" without any issues.

Anyone else have this issue?

Do you mean that in the store it's not tagged as "In Library"?

That's because the Prime codes use a different package ID than the typical GOG ones, and thus the store doesn't flag them as owned.

You have the same product; the Prime game is not different than the GOG store bought one, it's just they use different IDs to identify themselves.

It's been like this from day one. Not all games follow this pattern, but iirc most do.

Yeah, the price is still shown, it doesn't say "In Library", and I'm still allowed to Wishlist it.

At least it's available to download from the my library, but otherwise there's no indication that I own it on GOG.

I've only noticed for those 3 games so far, and like I said, the other two Mafia games added normally.

I just thought I'd ask to see if anyone else had the same experience. Thanks for the reply.
