The itts (target leading device) isn’t working on any of the radars in Privateer. Anybody got the scoop on that?

I don't recall having any problem with it, iirc it was the right column radars which got that function. Maybe try pressing I to activate / deactivate it.

I played the GOG version of the game some years ago (and finished it) and never had any issues with the game.
Maybe your problem is related to this?

Like it says in Karnak1's link, I think you need to have the proper equipment installed on your ship. I do remember from playing it many years ago that you turn it on/off during flight by pressing 'i'.
