I pre-ordered a physical copy of the game by an official seller. My code didnt work (error message: code not found). I contacted the place I bougth it and they send me another key. This one doesnt work either and gives me the message: "this code is currently being redeemed by someone". I contacted the place again and got another key which also gives me the message "this code is currently being redeemed by someone". The seller assured me that the last key was tested and should work. What should I do?

Edit: the game in question is cyberpunk 2077

Who did you buy the key from? And are you REALLY sure they're an "official" reseller?

After three already-used keys, I would cancel my order and buy direct from GOG. Sounds like whoever you're buying from either isn't really an official retailer or doesn't have their act together.

The store I bought it from is YourGameZone. When you are on the cyberpunk site and select pc -> physical version -> Dutch. It shows 4 stores and this is one of them. I was wondering I there might be an error with redeeming the codes. Why does it keep saying "this code is currently being redeemed by someone" instead of "this code is already used". My browser blocks cookies and trackers. Maybe this somehow got the key 'stuck' or something?

I let them know the third key didnt work either. Curious what they will say next
