Hello,

Yesterday i made a purchase of a game, it appears on my lybrary and in the orders section but i didn´t receive the email confirmation to my email. It´s not a big problem but it is the first time this happens to me on GOG.

Then, two hours later i bought the same game as a gift for a friend and the same, the order appear and i have the code, but the email i put as a donor never receipt the email: You have a gift....

Anybody made a purchase yesterday and has the same problem.

Contact support or i can do some first???

Well, i´ve noticd that last monday i bought other game and i didn´t receive the email confirmation. Repeat, i have the game on my library but it is somethig that got worried me. Thank you!

Same for me - no e-mail confirmation anymore since several purchases. Don't know if it is intended though.
Well, at least i am not only me, perhaps the switch off of the servers this monday affected? It´s not a drama but hope they to solve soon. Regards!
You're right! I had not even noticed before running into this thread but i received no email receipt for my last order from 3 days ago.
I suggest we start taking screenshots of our receipts from the orders section till this issue is fixed.

This happened to me as well on the 17th, first time I didn't get purchase complete e-mail At first thought may have been delays due to loads of sales coupled with promo/sale backlogs of outgoing emails, so gave it a couple of days.

Still didn't get nothing so PMed a member of staff -as didn't want to add to Support workload- who then got the system to send me the 'purchase complete' e-mail.

Would suggest similar action for anyone not receiving theirs after a couple of days.

Could be a tech hiccup and in that case, perhaps the Mod passing by can pass on to the relevant team who can look into it and sort out (if not already in the works).

Should some suddenly become inundated with incoming messages: I know nothing (grin).

Since this is an important thing (legally speaking your e-mail is proof of purchase if it should be necessary) I wonder why GOG did not investigate this issue any further after realizing that it exists for you. Well, I hope I am wrong and they actually re already investigating behind closed doors.

Agreed. Am surprised it wouldn't have already been fixed if looked into, as it happened before the blackout that caused the site to go down a day (or 2?) after, whatever is causing purchase emails not going out surely can't be that difficult to troubleshoot then fix.

Like you, let's hope.

BTW, was not the only one this happened to when I reported it ,and mentioned that fact in my message to the staff member.
