Hi... This may be old news. I haven't used my gog account in some time, but I'm 95% positive I used to own psychonauts (EU region) on this account. Now the game is gone. Some games are gone from the store, but I still have them in my library. But this game is just completely gone, like I never owned it. Can anyone verify it just disappeared? I dind't receive a refund or wallet money or anything. It's just gone. To be honest this is reason enough for me to avoid buying games on gog in the future. Steam may be a pain in many regards, but at least I never got robbed of a game there that I had previously owned.

edit: Also, there seem to be so many games missing from the EU store. Is there a list somewhere for what games you can't get in the EU?

EDIT2: MY BAD, I'VE HAD IT MIXED UP, GOG CONTINUES TO BE AWESOME AND RELIABLE

Where did you buy it from? Gog or elsewhere?

I'm 5% sure gog robbed you. They were sure you wouldnt notice the theft, since you were gone for so long. I would call the police if i were you. I'm sure you have proof of purchase since after all you are 95% sure you owned it.

Gog. Damn... I can't swear that I bought it on Gog though. I'm just almost certain. It's not listed in the order history. But what if it got removed there, too?
I still have my copy.

You could try using https://gog.com/account/refresh in case something's gone awry and it just doesn't display for some reason.

A more helpful answer would have been

"Yes, I've heard of that sort of thing before. It's not unprecidented."

or

"No, I don't think this has ever happened before. It would be a major upset, if this was true."

95% better luck next time.
Have you checked your orders & settings area?

I still have the game in my library, and I got it from Gog.
Check if you bought it on stores like G2A.
That place is infamous for scams..

You don't happen to have a second account where you bought it? (I can't claim to comprehend why people do that, but apparently it happens all the damned time that people buy games here, forget they have an account, create a new one, buy more games, and wonder where their earlier-bought games have gone).

I'd also recommend that you contact support, they are the only ones who can tell you exactly what happened.
Search your email history. Even if they did remove all trace of your order (they didn't), GOG can't remotely delete the email confirmation they would have sent you.

Also, what happens when you visit this link

That's actually good advice. Gonna check my archived mails. I just want to be clear that removing games completely is not common practice. Like I said, I could be wrong...
I'd much prefer they had an entry in your shelf still with the game, and the game name, but with like a big red cross out and when you open it up it would give you the reason it was removed, the date and other details if applicable.

Hmmm... i'd check all my other libraries, namely & [url=http://humblebundle.com]Humble Bundle... And the one time i bought a game directly from ArcenGames.com directly...

It's not, unless it was a key bought from a shady reseller site like G2A. If that's the case everything is fair game. And if it's not in your order history and you're not sure where you got it from (which means you get GOG games from other sources, and those are almost never authorised by GOG) then either you did get it elsewhere and it was pulled, or it's some very curious incident of the GOG in the night time indeed.

Ok, I am now >99% sure I got it mixed up with Steam. I've got Psychonauts on Steam. Must have bought it there about 5 years ago and didn't remember. You have to to understand, Steam didn't have many "old games" back then, so I got a little confused... Lol, sorry. I kinda short-circuited there. Should have checked my old mails right away ^^

But still, it's a shame that so many games are not available in the EU anymore :(

Psychonauts, Kingpin and some others come to mind.

Is there a list anywhere?

That is because you are in Germany. Merkel hates video games. Here in Finland (which is also an EU country) I think I can see all the GOG games.

As for your Psychonauts missing problem, I see it both in the store and in my account, so your case is an isolated one. So this is what you need to do:

1, Check My Account => Orders & settings, and there your Orders history. Do you see Psychonauts there? You can search it with the search box, if you have lots of games purchased. For instance, I can see from that list that I bought Psychonauts on Dec 19, 2011, along with lots of other games (probably during Christmas Sale).

2. If you don't see the game in that list but still are sure you have purchased it on GOG, check your old emails in the email account that you use in GOG (ie. the one that you write into the GOG.com log-in box when you log into GOG.com). Check all mails that you've received from the "GOG.com Team" (do_not_reply@gog.com), the mails with subject like "Your order #fdds4323243dsf is complete!". You should have received such an email receipt from GOG when you purchased or redeemed the game on GOG.

3. Contact GOG support.

Anyway, if you don't see the game in your orders history nor have a receipt email about it... are you 130% certain that this is the very same GOG account where you bought the game? It wouldn't be the first time someone didn't just remember he has been using more than one GOG account, e.g. in one case someone said in the end that apparently he was on his wife's GOG account(?) when he bought a certain game in the past, and was wondering why he didn't see it in his account he normally uses.

Another cases like these seem to have been quite often someone buying an illegit GOG key from e.g. G2A.com and it was later revoked by GOG staff, but I guess this isn't relevant in your case as you say you bought it directly from the GOG store.

EDIT: Ok solved, so you just remembered wrong then. :)
