can you use Xpadder for MegaRace 3 ? If so how and where is the EXE file?

Perhaps. But it might be more direct to purchase a controller that is compatible with it than trying to finagle Xinput to a game like that.

I got 2 other controllers a generic and a logitec 310. What controllerdo you suggest

A F310 in Dinput might have more luck, but I retired the F310 a while ago in favor of a 8Bitdo game pad.
