Hi everyone, i have been having troubles with the redeem codes for the past weeks.

It all began with the secret "gwent users promotion codes". I went to the game selection screen, picked the few i wanted, clicked on "continue" and a loading logo appeared on the button and nothing happened. I've been waiting a few minutes but nothing changed. I restarted, my computer, my router, kind of everything i could reset but every time i clicked on that "continue" button, nothing happened, except for this loading logo running indefinitely.

Finally i gave up.

But yesterday i bought a game, so i unlocked the two games from the "Summer Sale" event. I grab my codes, go to the reddem keys screen, check the game, click on "continue", and here we are again, nothing happens...

So what's wrong? If anyone has any ideas, i'm all ears!

You should just go to redeem code link.
Copy and paste it in.
You might have to complete the Captcha correctly.
Hit continue and it should show up in your games library.
It might take a bit to show up in your game library, but not that long.

Just like Callipleura mentioned, make nothing interrupts infamous captcha (no-script or similar browser add-ons)
The other way would be redeeming the key in Galaxy
Click on the GOG logo located in top-left corner of the client ands select Redeem key.

When I redeemed a code that time the code did not work even though it was correct. It was released about 3 months ago. What can I do please help.

Code redeem isn't working for me either.

I get a GOG email, I click the link, I enter the redeem code but the 'continue' button is grayed out.

I have one one and a half days left to redeem the code! Any help?

For some dumb reason it only works on the latest firefox and chrome.
