If your card was declined, then no money was taken from it. So in that case, no, you cannot get a 'refund' for money that was never taken from you in the first place.

You already paid for the game and _then_ the card was canceled?

Refunds can be added to your Wallet funds here on gog. Then they can be used to buy games here.

Is your credit card a stolen one? Whose name is on the credit card, yours or someone else's?
