I have purchased cp2077 from amazon.in and forgot about that. Since its physical edition its getting delayed it slipped my mind now its in transit. I ordered cp2077 on gog also

You have to contact support; posting on the forums does nothing.

No updates even as I raised the request on launch day within 2 hrs of the mistake.

GOG has a 30-day refund policy and is probably really swamped by CP2077 in general, you'll need to have some patience.

I got the refund in store credits ( my preference since I did not want them to be penalized for my miss)

If it's a physical copy just send it back to Amazon and they'll give you your money back
