Re-discovering lost treasures.

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine is now available DRM-free, only on GOG.com.

His name is synonymous with adventure.

It also happened to be the name of the family dog.

The intrepid archeologist returns to keep precious artifacts away from the grubby mitts of nasty men. This time, his troubles begin in 1947, when his old flame Sophia Hapgood tells him about suspicious Soviet activity in the ruins of Babylon. Could they really be looking to re-assemble a machine so powerful that it can threaten the tenuous world balance established after WWII?
Indy will jump, swing, and grumble about snakes in an unforgettable action/adventure that perfectly captured the feeling of the iconic films.

Awesome release that me & my girlfriend were awaiting so much, it's an instabuy ! It's one of our all-time favorite game :)
I hope though that French language will come one day or that someone knows if there's a solution to switch to it, the french dub was adding so much ! If we could have it, it would be perfect... Dear GOG, is there any hope ? é_è

I'll say what I said in another thread here.

The GOG version runs alot better than the CD version with the custom installer. The only issue I found is that the launcher will not save your settings so you will have to go into the game and change settings there. But unlike the CD version the GOG version remembers your settings, and i've not had the hud glitch on me at all so far.

Thanks again GOG, so happy this is here and playable once again!

I agree, it's a great release! I'm also hoping for a release of the german voiceovers, which were good!

oh man, i could never finish the game due to a weird glitch with my game CD...NOW MY TIME HAS FINALLY COME, INDY!
Controller support should be sweet, too!

Hi, unfortunately it either hangs in black screen or closes immediately after showing it. Latest Version of Windows 10 and Nvidia drivers.

Compatibility Mode seems to not have any effect, recommendations?

As soon I saw it on the site I had to buy it. I do own the original cd's tho.
I run it now with the app PlayOnMac without any difficulties on my MacBook Pro.

I never played this one (back then I wasn't fond of the change from point & click to action-adventure) and I didn't know anything about the story. Imagine my surprise when I read in the description that Sophia Hapgood is back! This could be interesting...

Nice addition. Parituclary nice since the original version is nortirioualy wonky on any Windows above Windows 2000. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to make it work, and even then it often had game killing problems.
It's not as good as the previous two Indy games,, it does come off at times like a Tomb Raider clone as far as gamplsy goes,but ti's still fun.
Now, jcome on GOG, give us Star Wars'Force Commander and the two missing Phantom Menace games. None of them are great, but they should be available.
