Slumdog secret agent.

UPDATE: Want to keep Kim's melodies close at hand for those relaxing homework sessions? Now you can, as all 9 tracks are included in the <span class="bold">OST</span>, available for purchase separately.

<span class="bold">Kim</span>, an open-world RPG inspired by Rudyard Kipling's acclaimed novel, is available now for Windows and Mac, DRM-free on GOG.com with GOG Galaxy support for achievements and leaderboards, and a 10% launch discount.

How will an Irish orphan living in 1880s India choose to navigate the political and spiritual opportunities presented to him? Kim may have been raised in the streets but soon his involvement with influential British operatives and his search for life's true meaning will put him on a path towards greater things. You get to decide that path using stealth, real-time-with-pause combat, and dialogue options drawn from Rudyard Kipling's work.

During the time that Kim was In Development, a sandstorm of changes washed away plenty of bugs and brought richer and more balanced features, making sure that this procedurally-generated RPG does justice to both the author's timeless tale and to the players' desire to retell it. What remains unchanged is your agency in how the story unfolds, following your carefully-made choices and your interactions with the unforgettable cast of characters.

Travel to colonial India and follow <span class="bold">Kim</span>'s bare footsteps as he dabbles in espionage and personal enlightenment, DRM-free on GOG.com. The 10% discount will last until November 1st, 3:59 PM UTC.

Quite happy about the price drop. Looks fantastic. I share some people's concern regarding historical accuracy. Surprised they don't have a mode where you can play through with hostirical accuracy.

I am very happy it is procedurally generated because it means re play value is greatly increased. Would have been nice to have both.

Looks like a fantastic title, and with the price drop, I am on the cusp of making a purchase and I still might. Would like to read some reviews and also what people here think of it. Off to check youtube for some Let's play videos.

Love the stylish artwork too and the overall colour palette.

ooops so it is. my apologies, sorry.
Drat, I don't recall what the "old" price was - so I don't know how much it got lowered.

ATM, $14.99 makes it tempting.

Does anyone recall the "original" price?

Oh, wow, a significant reduction. Thanks.

Kim, Diluvion, and Phoning Home are each very tempting titles to me. Am considering picking up one or (less likely) more of them. Diluvion falls off soon, so I don't have much time to think about it :)
