Bump.
This actually looks incredible, I always wanted a game like this since I've knew about Metro 2033. Need to watch some longer gameplay footage in order to decide if its worth it.
I have to say, for a pxielated game about surving post-apocalypse in an old subway this looks much nicer and more colorful than I expected. Too bad base defense/survival is really not my cup of tea.
Metro: The Sidescroller.
Is this by any chance "tug of war" style game? For some reason I'm a sucker for that kind of games. Loved Alien Hallway and Swords and Soldiers HD.

GOG.com: Until We Die
Huh. Looks kind of like a combo of some sort of 2D Metro2033/LL and some zombie shooter game the title of I cannot recall atm.

Any chance we could maybe get a native Linux port dear dev? (hopefully I won't have to wait for an answer for as long as the game's title)

Does anyone know what engine does this run on?
Looks neat.

Will keep my eye out.
Somrthing like Kingdom series, with (^_^) Metro ۜ\(סּںסּَ` )/ۜ vibes!
Kingdom x Metal Slug x Metro? Looks cool, in any case.
What kind of version number is this?
It doesn´t make sense either way.

That's actually a good idea for a crossover with Metal Slug. Since MS got a ton of characters and a good lore. Too bad current Metal Slug is pay to win mobile game garbage.

RedRagan: *snip*
...All the Metal Slugs were like that. They were arcade games deliberately designed to suck out your money.

The reason you can buy these games on GOG are only because of the mobile games, because they bring in more money. This means that the older Metal Slug games are depricated in the vision of the company and that making them purchaseable is the only way to gain anything from them anymore.
Nice Metal Slug animation. Looks a lot of fun.

Year 2021, month June, Build version 7. It's a not too uncommon version numbering system, if you have a lot of builds (up to 99 per month).
Some only use year, but it doesn't sort very well if you don't have padding. Like 2021.121 comes before 2021.31 when sorting.
