Why integrity check option removed from updated and new installers (with multiple parts)?

Are you talking about GoG Galaxy?

If so, you probably should be posting in the development sticky since that's where the developers pay attention:

If not, you probably should post some specifics as to what you're talking about. Remember unless you;re one of my three ex's, we can;t read your mind.

No my answer not about Galaxy.
I download non-Galaxy (Classical) updated installer and notice that in options page of new installer removed checkbox "Integrity check" (allow check installer files before installation).
In old version installer this checkbox present.

Multiparted installer cannot be verified by Digital signature (DC) because segmented structure, and DC check only .exe part.

Yes the old check is gone, been a long time since that was last available. You can use gogrepo to download and check files (I think). Probably too much effort, what with the general move to galaxy that is the only place effort goes.
Сuriously.
Old installer with this option available dated December, 2017.

Why small useful option has been removed? MD5 or SHA1 check no affect size of installer.
Installer files may be damaged after downloading and checking by GOG downloader.

Damn, this is a bad news, until now all my classic installers still have the check integrity function, when they start to remove it?

That function was really very useful because unfortunately sometimes the download of a file was interrupted shortly before it was completed and I didn't realize that it was damaged, but with that method I could find out.

Please consider to reinsert this function.

I was always cutting my toe nails during integrity check ;).Cheers
I used to check my own integrity during the integrity check. Alas, now I'm conspicuously corrupt.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about. I just downloaded some new installers that were updated a few days ago (Risen for example) and they still have the integrity check. Can you name a few installers that don't have it any more?
