How old? What platform?
On what platform? PC?
One of the Castlevania games?

Toki Tori? You play as a yellow chick, and one of the levels is a castle.

Though, it's more of a puzzle game.
I think it was like 2005 and pc platform and no it wasnt toki tori :(

Never heard of it, but looks ok.

According to their homepages, Pekka Kana 3 is coming! Hope GOG acquires it because frankly, there aren't that many chicken games on GOG!

https://www.pistegamez.net/games.html

(Since these appear to be Finnish games, "Pekka" is a common forename in Finnish, while "Kana" = chicken.

"2" is just a number, no special meaning in Finnish, other than depicting that this is a sequel to the original Pekka Kana game.
Is it just me or does the music sound an awful lot like the Underpants Gnomes' song?

2003? That's not really an old game. :D
And here I thought it was going to turn out to be a Moorhuhn game! I just found out it no only had a 2D platformer from 2005, but a 3D that's on Steam now!

Everything is relative. I would've considered Doom old in 2003. But a game from 2003 is today much older than Doom was in 2003.

Well, for me old games are no more than from 90s :D That only shows how old I am. :( :D
