Cool games, played through Aftermath and Afterlight this week, Aftershock is by far the best of the three.The realtime combat takes some getting used to,but in Aftershock it is pretty complex and opens up a lot of tactical possibilities. Don't start playing with Aftermath, it sucks and will take away your will to play any of them.

I would take part here in the last minute. I never played one of the UFO games but they looks interesting.
I would go for AFTERMATH. Its the first game of the UFO series and the best to start with I think.
