It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hello, I have a 100mbs connection but I am only getting 1.1mbs with the GOG Galaxy program, can someone help please?

Already got my bandwidth on infinite and it makes no difference.
To help troubleshoot, would you mind running a SpeedTest and posting the results?

Here is the picture for the results.

Okay, so you are getting roughly one-eighth of your available speed when downloading from GOG. That's not good.

Do you share your Internet with others? Is it possible they are streaming/downloading in the background? Are you using a wireless connection, or a wired (ethernet) connection? If wireless, can you connect via ethernet and see if speeds improve?

What kind of hard drive do you have (for example, an HDD or SSD) and how much space do you have free on the drive?

I do not wish to sound rude however I was hoping for someone official to come onto this thread, unless you are in direct contact with GOG?

No I do not share with others, yes I have an ethernet cable, no my HDD is not SDD however the HDD you have makes no difference to my internet connection.
Fair enough. If you want a response directly from GOG, it may be faster to open a support ticket. I am not connected to GOG in any way, I'm just a customer like you. I wish you the best of luck in resolving this issue.
Couple things:

You mentioned having a 100 Mbps connection but the speedtest.net results are only 10 Mbps. So that hints at a huge problem right there. Might want to double-check with your ISPs speed checker.

Try downloading a game via the browser instead of Galaxy. There have been cases where browser (and Downloader) speeds are at the customer's max speed but Galaxy is going significantly slower.

Edit: grammar / spelling

What HereForTheBeer says, you are only getting 10Mb/s, not 100. Are you SURE you are supposed to get 100? Talk to your ISP or block your neighbours from all using your connection too...
Oh, and if you are actually paying for that kind of speed, make sure you router and wireless adapters are rated for that too.
Well, he is loading at full speed according to his speed test. So talking to GOG is completely pointless since he should talk to his ISP if he is really paying for 100 mbps.

Nah, Galaxy shows speed in MBps, not mbps. So it's accurate.

Good catch, I didn't even think of that.
Well... turns out my ethernet cable wasn't all the way in, the clip has broken so it doesn't snap in, FML

We've been in a white out since 4 am. You should see my speed. :P

If I went out side I literally don't think I could even find the dish.
