...squirrel. The word you're looking for here is "squirrel". Specifically, a squirrel dressed in a ninja outfit. A ninja squirrel.
It only comes down more the closer you put your pointer on the button which adds a mystery game to your cart. The only way you can click on it is by clicking on the button, then clicking on the squirrel as it drops down and grabs the red package.

Thank you for pointing out the "ninja squirrel" (no, it's not the one in California, US going around biting people).

You could, of course, use tools like Fiddler or the Chrome developer tools (F12 if you use Chrome) to see how and why Ninja Squirrel goes hiding.

Reminds me of those old joke JavaScript pages with the button that says "Click here to get Paycheck" and the button moves out of the way every time you try and click it.
