So, somebody has even less of a life then I do. That's unexpected.

Could be a part of a group that share an account for achievement hunting purposes. I know there are groups like that on XBox Live and PSN that share accounts and each person focuses on certain games to build achievements.

Them crazy game collectors, money spending and not even playing their games. >.<

You sell that, you will get sued by Valve. Not even the account if you redeem that gift its a violation of policy and EULA.
You dont actually own your steam games, its a subscription like Netflix.

and I felt bad having 644 games on Steam. Saying that I have bought the majority of mine via bundles >_<

You can only activate it from a Valve IP. Good luck on that.

I cant get around to playing most of my 251 games on Steam.

Edit: With the Valve gift, I wonder if they pay each developer to give all the games to the employees - if I worked in a store and they gave me free stuff, the manufacturer of whatever it is doesn't lose out as the store has to pay to get whatever it is anyway only the store loses out on the profit. If I worked for the actual manufacturer (for example Sony) and they gave me free stuff they are choosing to lose out on money and give it to me. But in this case they give thousands of games away and the if the developers are not paid I am not sure it is justified.
