fr33kSh0w2012: STICKY: MOD DATABASE ON GOG FOR GAMES
I'm pretty certain, this is not how "STICKY" works. ;)

"folders" and "directories"...

You do know that this is a web forum, right? I know what you meant but that's not going to work here.

1. You can either create a new thread under forum/DIABLO(!) and not under forum/general, work on it to make it less sloppy, and then ask a mod directly to make it sticky.

2. Or you can create your own web site and do the what the heck you want with it.

Yeah that's what I wanted this to be Again but No it didn't work

Then people have to hop all over the forums instead of visiting one thread to see the main mods for a game.

Since when is that sloppy?

No, because GOG refuses to take away such a useless option that serves no purpose.

GOG has chosen to put everything inside their own sub-forum. If people want to have a seperate list then people should create one themselves either here and ask a mod to make it sticky, create a wishlist, or create the list on an another site.

and thats what makes it hell, needless downvotes for no purpose, people have turned it into a popularity contest, I may have 1k rep points but they mean nothing to me.

but in general I agree about its uselessness

You already assumed it would be sticky and you didn't create a whole list of mods to GOGs games. And, the fact that this forum has a character limit would make it horrendously more chaotic and fragmented than it should be. See other lists here on GOG to see what I mean if that wasn't clear.

That's why people created their own wiki that's more suited for that kind of task.

Might as well ignore votes, the hunt for "likes" is a plague everywhere on the Internet anyways. The substance of the posts and the discussion is what's important, likes are just a vain search for confirmation.

I'm not trying to be ass about it, I also would like to have ONE page to rule them all (tm), but it just dosen't work here on GOG, and who would sit with the responsibility of maintaining such a page?
