Gwost: I have sent in a support ticket to refund cyberpunk 2077 because there are multiple bugs that crash the game to the desktop and i am unable to even get 5 min into the game. I sent a refund ticket and i have not heard anything since expect the automated response. How long does it take the support team to respond usally?
Double check what the automated response e-mail says that you should have received after putting in a refund request. Sometimes you may need to reply to it via e-mail to confirm it and method of refund (actual refund vs wallet funds):-
