Could you please send me your ticket ID? It seems that you might have created it under a different e-mail address, which is why I am unable to find it.

As for the automated responses: the quoted one doesn't require replying to it to keep the ticket open and visible for us :)

Alright, I think I found it using the ticket's title you provided earlier.
For future reference: ticket ID always starts with a hashtag and should be included there somewhere :)

Anyway, you should receive an answer from technical support representative as soon as possible.
