I would say auto-deleted,as no mod has claimed responsibility.And this thread looks like going the same way and this is supposed to be fun? Why would anyone spam into deletion a GIVEAWAY thread and just what has this place become?

The amusing thing is that it was a thread where Firefox was questionning how unwelcome or bothersome her writing style was.

The forum twats didn't want such a discussion. They just wanted to complain and downvote.

Even worse, quite a few people posted on how the writing style didn't really matter or didn't really bother them. It was an opportunity to voice indifference.

The forum twats didn't want such answers. They preferred the whole thread gone, and the complains and downvotes to be the only visible positions.

Standard internet mentality.

Too many spam reports most likely. No doubt due to the writing style. Shame, because that was the one thread from her (if it indeed is a her) that shouldn't have been deleted. Any purely automated system is open to exploitation. Someone could just grab 10 of their friends and tell them to report this as spam and the thread gets deleted. Same with reporting people in games and such.

The thread was not deleted at the hands of a mod, we can confirm this.

By the nature of this thread, the user in question has requested it to be locked. As I see the thread offering no long-term value, I have agreed to grant their wish.

We may not all get on with every user that posts here, but I would request you show each other a basic level of being civil.

As noted before, the concerns over the rep and vote up/down are currently being discussed. Hopefully, a decision (and change) will come sooner rather than later.
