Why do people care so much about being low-rated ? Rep is just an abstract number anyway.
And the more you seem to care about it, the more the people who down-rep feel happy and powerful since they have an impact on your life.

My best piece of advice : don't give a fuck.

How one is perceived to newcomers who don't know any better, losing access to easily post links, threads not showing bright white when updated and also low rated at the same time, etc.

I don't care about the number for my own account, but I dislike how some others are treated here due to trolls here exploiting blind spots in the forum code.

I understand, but this thread is just reinforcing their resolve to continue.

It's also to show that some actually care about others here & highlight problems with the forums......and who cares if some people keep going with their silly low rating? If they want to waste their time that's on them.
