Konradical: Happy Halloween! Good savings to y'all, shameless self-promo time for me.

First off, this is the h i s t o r i c l o w on Liberated, first on GOG at -50% and it's kinda perfect because what's more scary than looking out the window at the general mess.

Then Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Heart of the Forest is back for seconds at -10%. It's a non-negotiable part for every Halloween Sale from now on until forever. You've been warned.

And I loove a good stretch, so Wanderlust: Travel Stories, and the OST, and the Transsiberian short story are all -66% for halloween. First, they're by our Heart of the Forest devs. More importantly – is there anything more terrifying and uncomfortable than BEING AWAY FROM HOME FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME? Not for this guy.

Shoot if you've got questions, I'll be checking the notification ping just in case. :3 Love you all. Stay cool!

Alexim: Hi, any news about the implementation of the Galaxy achievements of Wanderlust? It's the only Walkabout game without achievement on GOG, so it would be nice to have the complete collection in all its parts, thanks!
Thanks for asking. Can't make promises, I know the devs are laser-focused on another project right now and it's just a few peeps chipping away. Indie level: 100. But I'll have a check, would be sweet. :)

Will Hellpoint go on sale?

Vythonaut: Rather weird decision, especially when you take into account the whole Lovecraftian "flavor" of the sale.
avatar
Carradice: Maybe it will be added later in the sale
In the usual silent GOG fashion as always, huh? ;)

ciemnogrodzianin: Silently added to the sale:
I will never understand the logic behind this. Why doesn't at least a blue show up here and let us know? Why does the community have to do their job for them. Why don't they want us to know about and buy these games? Whether they forgot to initially include them or are just later additions, there is zero sense in keeping completely quiet about this. It also discourages going through all the games included the sale until the near end of it or you might miss some of these later additions.

So thank you once again for keeping an eye on this.

I don't think any Blue is going to answer, so I've turned on my guessing machine.
The predicted / most likely GOG answer is:
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Inju: @GOG.com team:
A while ago you used to release cool sale-themed high-res art and wallpapers. Any chance you doing the same this time around too (with the Cthulhu/tentacle art)? I'm sure my desktop would benefit.

Great sale by the way.
Hi; I'll take a liberty to provide! They're too big to attach so here are imgur links

Thank you I appreciate it very much!
It'd be easier to do one of my iconic recommendations for Pajama Sam Vol. 1 if it was -60% instead of the actual -50% (and of course if they finally got the non-English versions like Steam), but $5 is still a decent deal. Vol. 2 is harder to recommend b/c only 1/3 of the games I've really enjoyed, but that one - Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat - is a very good adventure game. Altogether, Pajama Sam 1, 2, and 3 are quality adventure games aimed at kids :)

Did you get to play it already? Is the crew really intended to be expendable? Can you keep them if you really wish so, like in Darkest Dungeon or Battle Brothers, or they are intended to be expendable from the get go?

Didn't have the time to install it yet, wanted to start playing a bit on Saturday.
From what I've gathered they are intended to be expendable, if they finish too many missions unharmed they'll even receive a debuff.
There are rare materials that let you revive units.
Except for the reviving mechanic there is no healing, you have to sacrifice units to heal.

Ouch. Unshakeable reasons for a hard no right there, regardless of anything else. Pity...
