Treehugger: And all we care about is ourselves, right?
Nice assumptions you are making, matey.
My point stands, though - and the fact that it took you two full weeks again, to react, tells me I'm right.
The way I see it, there are two kind of people in the world:
the ones that were around, when the announcement was made (
and then bought the game - or not),
and the people like you - who obvously weren't around when the announcement was made (
or simply didn't care).
Why don't you tell us, what's the acceptable time frame - from your perspective - to announce the removal of a game, that would reach "all" possible buyers of any given game in time?
I say that can't be done.
Well, no...that's not quite right...GOG could simply place a general PSA on their front page that says something along these lines:
Attention please: any game available on GOG may get pulled from the store at any time for any reason. To make sure that you don't miss the possibility to buy a game that you want to own, it is highly adviced to purchase that game rather sooner than later.
Thank you for your Attention.
