Last Sunday, I resumed my archiving/digitalization of my movies collection and while going through my collection, I saw all these titles which have been gathering dust (some dvd's bought more than 10 years ago and never watched) and decided it would be a good idea to finally go ahead as it requires less time and persistence than defeating my games backlog.
So obviously, as it's a "backlog" thread, it's not for the new theatrical releases but more for "not so recent" movies connoisseurs. The goal of the thread is to help fellow GOG'ers defeating their movies backlog by sharing their reviews so it can be useful for the community and give some incentive to push forward in their endless quest.....
To ensure some "quality" and relevance (and for better readability), reviews should have some kind of formatting to quickly gather infos for viewers like:
*** GOD IS A DJ *** (1998 - UK - Faithless)
Plot: some black dude saying "this is my church, this is where I heal my heart" and so on....
Review: Too good dance track from the 90's! This is real dance music with soul and style. In the first part, the director make clever use of some kind of sign language thus making a parallel with music being a communication means beyond spoken languages among people and this idea finds its conclusion in the second part with live shots of a concert where the crowd is vibing together at the sound of Faithless like a new religion. Only default is the quality of the live footages and blablablabla.....

PS: about trailers, put a NSFW tag if you think so.
