On another note: Tallima you're wrong! :) When using calculators it's a good idea to round up only the final answer, i.e.:

1 Astronomical unit is the distance between the Earth and the Sun; 1 AU = 149 597 871 km (source: https://www.google.bg/#q=1+au)

149 597 871 / 120 = 1246648.925 hours (source: https://www.google.bg/#q=+149597871+%2F+120)

1246648.925 / 24 = 51943.7052083 days

51943.7052083 / 365 = 142.311521119 years (1/3 of a year is 12/3 = 4 months) so 142 years and 4 months, but

every 4 years we have a loop year that is 366 days (+1 day) and for roughly 142 years this is 142 / 4 = 36 days which roughly is a whole month and a week that we have to subtract from the final result:

142 years and 3 months
