Hello,

yesterday I added to my collection The Witcher goodies collection, but I still can't download. I get the message that it's "not yet avaible". Do you have any suggestions?

I'm going to assume you're trying to download via Galaxy?

Mate, the collection are not games. They are a selection of extras: wallpapers, soundtracks, videos etc. Log into your account via browser and download them there if you're having trouble.

The collection is not a game, but it's in Games tab :D Can't download it via browser.

What do you mean “can’t download it via browser”, what happens, what fails, can you find it. I have just gone into my library using safari and selected a file and the download comes up fine. Worked fine on Firefox the other day also. What browser? Have you cleared cache and restarted (this you should setup as default on close - always clear cache and cookies).

I just simply don't see option to download it in the games tab. It looks like I need a launcher (Galaxy) to do so.

You should see two sections, the first Install Game With GOG Galaxy, and a big blue button for that. This is the method GOG try to push.
The other is just below that button and is labelled Download offline backup game installers. If you expand that you will see the installers on the left side, and any other items on the right (such as manual). You need to download the main game files from the left (patches only if you previously downloaded).

So, when you go into the Website, go to you account, click on Witcher goodies, you do not see Extras displayed with a list of files underneath like the Witcher 3 wild hunt goodies pack? If so then you need to speak with gog as they are clearly there for me. Note that there is no installer, no patches, it is just zip files with soundtracks in.

1) hover your cursor over [your account]
2) on the pulldown menu - click on [games]
3) in your account [My Collection], click on [The Witcher Goodies Colection]
4) click on the files under [Extra] to download your stuff (on the right side of the screen).

If you don't see any of this, contact GOG support.

I'm so dumb, I thought it will download as a game, not .zip files :D

It's not available anymore, just part of a sale.

Drm-free doesn't mean free, it just means not screwing the customer.

If you stick around, they'll probably offer something like that again.
