Just saw this on the front page
https://www.gog.com/promo/tomb_raider_25th_anniversary

And thought finally Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider are here.... but no such luck. Was really hoping they'd be here before the end of the the 25th anniversary celebrations.
True.
On a side note the banner is really nice, if it has been done by GoG staff, kudos for a job well done.

Maybe we have to wait another 5 years or so. Looks like Sqeenix only wants to release there "old" games here. The same with Just Cause. We got JC and JC2, but not 3 and 4 - which have been on sale on Steam a couple of times with discounts like 75% and so have the remaining Tomb Raider games.

I would pay to see what goes through the twisted minds of the guys who make these decisions. Like, "Yeah let's release some 10 year old game on GOG, but if it's only from 5-6 years ago no, it's too early, it's already been pirated at launch, anyone interested has already bought it and now it costs as much as a peanut, but better not release it on that blasphemous DRM-free GOG."
When questioned on Twitter about releasing Rise and Shadow on GOG I believe Square/Enix played coy with people but at the same time never said no to it, I feel they will end up here it will just be a bit, especially since they released Tomb Raider 2013 here not that long ago which was a shock to many.
The Steam versions of Rise and Shadow have recently received an update that tied them to the Epic online services. It was quickly rolled back, but only because it was supposed to be optional and not automatic. My point is, they don't seem terribly interested in making the games DRM-free.

But on the other hand we've got 2 Just Causes from SE yesterday so who knows.

Interesting

The missing Lara's appear to be from the Isometric Top down "Lara Croft" ames, but they've included Rise Lara (Dual Icepicks) and Shadow Lara (with staff thing)
