Without some effort on your part, no.
- Check the game specific forum.
- Check PC Gaming wiki.
- Look up Xpadder or other similar software.

Here are some profiles for the XBOX360 controller:

I don't know what kind of PS controller you have, but they should work for that too.

I play on Xbox coz I believe Xbox is better than PlayStation if we are talking about this game.
I bought Xbox last year using Xbox coupons.

If you don't want to go through the hassle, the game is perfectly playable on the keyboard.

If you have a PS Classic Controller (the little ARM based mini console), those are USB out of the box and work on windows. However, they are the original analogue joypads, so you won't have the thumbsticks.

Also note the thumbstick controls aren't likely to help in original Tomb Raider for the PC - I don't think they had decent free-look in them.

The PC versions of those early TR games are designed to be played with the keyboard, they have no native gamepad support.

Not sure what you mean by a "Playstation controller", do you mean an actual PS3 or PS4 gamepad connected to your PC, or some similar Windows gamepad, like the XBox360 controller or Logitech F310 or something similar? I have no idea how the real Playstation controllers work on PC.

However, I was able to get the first TR game on GOG to run satisfactorily with a gamepad (Logitech F310). Since the game runs on DOSBox, I think I used DOSBox's internal control mapping feature to remap all the keyboard keys to my gamepad. It took some time to remap them all and decide where in the controller to map which keyboard key... but in the end it felt quite good.

I am unsure how to do the same with TR2 and TR3 as they are Windows games, not running in DOSBox I think. Maybe use XPadder or some similar "map keyboard keys to your gamepad" utility.
