Today I got an update notification for two separate games that, when I downloaded the installer, turned out to be the same that I already have, so there's apparently not an update at all, even though there's a notification.

The games in question are Al Qadim - The Genie's Curse and Normality.

Anyone else having this experience? I something going wrong with either notifications or making available of the new versions?

Maybe it's a update only for other OS, like Linux or Mac OS.

The absence of changelogs makes things confusing.

Hm, I just saw update notifications for "Akalabeth" and "Catacombs Pack". but it doesn`t seem to have changed anything. Weirdo!

It is probably an update for another OS, as others said. Check this thread when you see one of your games has been updated to see what updates have been added to the games:

Thanks for your replies. Updates for other OS's seems a plausible explanation of the site's behaviour.
