Alexim: I read reviews a few days ago that said they had purchased the game, but were not among the "verified owners". A few days later I checked them again, and they were actually among the "verified owners", so maybe you actually have to wait a while for the system to detect the possession of a game.
Quite possible. I've already waited at least 4 days and nothing has happened. But I'll keep an eye on it and if it does in the end change, I'll let people know and mark this as resolved.

Haven't heard back from GOG support yet.
This is so weird, I have just posted my first ever review here and it doesn't show me as a verified owner eventhough I have the game here on GOG. It makes my review look suspicious and not genuine...

Well, it certainly wasn't fixed in 1580 days, last we knew they're still waiting on GOG's collaboration with the GNOME team to fix longstanding issues.
