It's been some months since I made the transition from Finnish let's plays to unvoiced glitch, bug and fail videos. I've thought about making a voice over on those, but as I'm uncertain about my spoken english, would a describing text be enough? Or would it distract you?

Here's an example video made today. It's a compilation of the funniest glitches I've managed to record so far. I added text to those videos, describing the glitch and the current situation.

If you can, please tell me which would be better:

A voice over with accented english, text description on the video or pure video with a small description in the info box?

In my opinion text in videos is realy distracting. I gues it would be better to add description before following scene

I personally prefer any part of any walkthrough I watch for the person to just STFU and just play the game rather than tell me what and why they are doing anything. If it is a tutorial video, sure, but, just a walkthrough, or a video of someone playing, I just want to see the game. I've found myself doing this on the rare occasion, I almost never watch video games for any reason other than I'm really stuck and need to figure out how to do something (like Braid), or there are sequences that are so convoluted and take so much time if you don't know exactly how to do it that I'd rather just watch it on a video (though this isn't how I do everything that is convoluted or takes time, just, on the rare occasion.)

But, yeah, it's not a matter of your accent, I'd probably enjoy that, in general, for narrating over something, but, it's the fact that I don't like the distraction and quips and "insight" most people offer when doing their VO in videos.

I like text videos just because i sometimes enjoy watching videos with the sound off.

But the accent is no issue. Accents are cool, and heck, have a look at the gog twitch page.

I like silent gameplay and hear the actual game. If you want to do voiceovers, I would suggest, for the "list" kind of videos, to speak before the acutal footage. If you think that your accent is a problem, subtitle your speech.
But I wouldn't worry about it that much. Nowadays, I think everybody gets used to accents.

Accents are fine, I suppose. It's just that I'm not that comfortable with my spoken English :D

BOTH, just so long as after I watch a scene once, I'll be able to skip it when I play again. HEAR THAT "GODFATHER"!?!?!
