You need to use the powershell to unistall the main app, and even, the three related services are leave in place. Their are set to manual, but no way to remove those services, you only can put then to disabled.

Forcing it? I never even knew it was forced; its there when you want it and it isn't there when you don't want it, at no point during your Windows 10 run is it forced on you; unless a game asks for it, but then you could decline the request.
