I am pretty sure it is "Euro Truck Simulator 2", the street signs make it relatively obvious.
And most likely, the scenery is from the "Scandinavian Addon", judging by the type and coloring of the buildings.

Well, in Europe there are even regulations and standards not only for each type of a street sign and its appearance, but also on their arrangement when more than one is present.
Many game developers did not do their homework properly in the past (and maybe even nowadays). If it somewhat resembled a proper sign, they were already content. The team from SCS though, went the so-called extra mile in researching well, which signs to use and where to place them with their modern truck simulators, especially perceivable since "Scania Truck Driving Simulator" and "Euro Truck Simulator 2".

Oh, and the way how the forest is being rendered also hints towards the graphics engine enhancements introduced with its Scandinavia expansion. I even think, the canopy trees were added for it.

Let us wait and see, if my intuition was right after all.

It was. That is totally Euro Truck Simulator 2. Also, it is totally the Scandinavia DLC.
