DubConqueror: I'm jealous of you. Spring in the Netherlands, a country known for it's constantly changing weather, has been dry and sunny for a weeks now, leading to nature suffering from drought, with summer approaching. I dread the summer (but that would be something for a different topic).
Sorry to hear about your drought situation. :( If I could, I'd steer our rain clouds in your general direction.

LOL, that'd be welcome! Weather got cloudy today, but they're dry clouds so to speak. Not a drop of water falls down out of them. So if you got some true grey rain clouds, send them over!
How Czechs play hockey!

ciemnogrodzianin: How Czechs play hockey!
With a stick? Like any hockey player?

I'm Dutch and I remember now a silly rhyme from my youth "hockey speel je met een stokkie". In English: hockey is played with a little stick, except in Dutch the last word rhymes with the English word hockey.

Speaking of which, Dutch doesn't have a Dutch word for hockey, we say "hockey", which is English. Now do the Czech have a Czech word for hockey? Or the Polish, for that matter?

And final question, which popped up this week when cycling with a friend we passed some hockey fields, we wondered if hockey players don't get severe back pains from that weird stance??

Hokej se hraje hokejkou! :)
In both Polish and Czech ice hockey is hokej. Looks like we've imported the game with its name :)
After multiple failed attempts that were each taking more than a week, I finally downloaded The Master Chief Collection in a single day. I'll delete and eventually buy it in a heartbeat if it's ever sold here, just saying.
